Baihui to showcase Multi-needle decorative sewing machines for wide applications

Decorative sewing machines can be categorized as per usage in two categories, one for embroidery work which involves sequin attachment; and the second being shirring, smoking, pleats, frill preparation, tape and elastic attachment. Founded in 2005, Baihui has been manufacturing and developing high-end multi-needle decorative sewing machines for doing second types of operations, based on the principles of high-quality, while handling shorter runs and multiple styles. The company’s products are divided into five main categories of which multi-needle sewing machines account for 70% of the company’s production. The rest include waistband attaching machine, picoting sewing machine, four needle six thread interlock sewing machine and double needle ringlet embroidery sewing machine.

The reason why Baihui chose to specialize in decorative sewing machines was because all the Japanese sewing machines giants like Juki, Pegasus and Brother have already acquired large market share for basic sewing machine and even the Chinese companies like Typical, Zoje, Jack and Feiyue, followed the footsteps of the Japanese pioneers. None of the larger enterprises thought of venturing into decorative sewing machines as it is difficult to both market and manufacture decorative sewing machines, which gave Baihui the opportunity to create a niche in the same and tap the huge market potential.

Keeping quality at its core of manufacturing, Baihui has advanced horizontal machining centre, vertical machining centre and car milling compound machining centre from some of the world-renowned manufacturers like Moriseiki, Kita MVR, Brother and Kent. For future growth and sustenance, Baihui has been focusing on its R&D operations, which automatically becomes of utmost importance when manufacturing decorative sewing machines with great extent of flexibility, without compromising on the quality.
